There is a Tanzania found on maps, and another that reveals itself when you grow up here.
For Adrey Dylan, or simply “D”, that story began in a small village in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, surrounded by wildlife, open landscapes and the stories of the people who called them home.
Later, life brought him to Arusha, Tanzania’s safari capital, and eventually onto the slopes of Kilimanjaro.
For more than five years, D climbed the mountain, travelling again and again through rainforest, moorland, alpine desert and toward the summit. But somewhere along those trails, he discovered that what fascinated him most wasn’t simply the mountain.
It was the people experiencing it.
The conversations. The laughter. The nervous first steps. The celebrations. Watching someone stand somewhere they had dreamed about for years.
That discovery eventually led from mountain work into guiding and different parts of Tanzania’s tourism industry, including accommodation, logistics and safari operations.
And eventually, it led here.

I grew up in a small village in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the land was my first introduction to the wild.
Later, life carried me to Arusha and eventually to Kilimanjaro. For more than five years, I climbed the mountain season after season, learning its routes, its moods and the people who came from around the world to experience it.
Somewhere along those trails, I realised something important.
The mountain wasn’t the whole journey. The people were.
Their stories. Their laughter. Their excitement when Tanzania became real in front of them.
That’s the heartbeat behind D Adventures Hub.
I wanted to create something where travel could feel joyful, personal and human. A place where safari, mountains, waterfalls, cities and Zanzibar could all be part of one story.
Tourism is my passion. People are my poetry. Laughter is my language.
And if you travel with us, I hope Tanzania becomes a story you’ll enjoy telling for a very long time.
